Michael Dyck was absolutely awesome with me. I brought a matter to him expecting it to cost me a bunch of money and with his knowledge he was able to sort it out for me in less than half an hour. Took a HUGE load off my mind. He was really nice, personable and open. Explained everything to me very clearly. Thank you Michael. You're awesome!!

The Michael Dyck who represented me was the best I could hope for. His fee was half what I expected as the crown had a solid case against me, he got my DUI charge reduced to careless driving and informed me how I could get my car out of impound early. I would have been so hooped without his advice...

Horrible Horrible lawyer. Never never have this guy to be your lawyer. He is terrible, arrogant and inexperienced. He will also eat your money and refund your nothing..lol Please becareful otherwise you will regeret your life.

I can't beleive these previous reviews, Michael Dyck was nothing but professional with me and my son. He answered all my questions and my son ened up with no criminal record at the end. He was recommended by my sons akwatance and we are so glad.

I would not recommend Michael Dyck if you sincerely want to win your case. He will gladly take your case and your money but his legal abilities are very weak at best. In my case he spent valuable court time friendlying up to the prosecution and trolling the courtroom for clients instead of planning a strong argument on my behalf. He never objected to one thing the prosecution's witness said, much of which were lies, and never used any of the evidence I gave him pertaining to my case. His favourite line in court was "would you agree with me". I've seen students argue more affectively. Not sure which school he graduated from but, other than clerical duties, very ineffective lawyer in court. Needless to say I lost my case too.

To say we were disappointed with this lawyers service is an understatement. Our grandson ended up with 6 months house arrest and a 5 year record for possession of BB guns for target practice on a frozen river. After spending thousands of dollars this was the result. I cannot recommend this lawyer!

After dragging my case on for over 2 years, initially telling me that we were going to beat my charges no problem, he changed his tune just weeks before my trial. Told me that my best bet was to plead guilty and take the maximum sentence for the charge. He wouldnt listen to any ideas that I had and wouldnt tell me what his strategy was for trial. I was so frustrated that I met with a couple other lawyers and they all told me the same thing. My case was an easy one to win and worst case scenario I might have to pay a fine. If I had followed Mikes advice I would be looking at 6 months in jail. That was all I needed to hear, fired him on my next court appearance and retained a much more knowledgeable attorney. I knew more about the laws concerning my charges then Mike did. He didn't once try to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor either. She was young and pretty and just my opinion I believe he was intimidated by her. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody who wants to win their case.
