The attorney failed to note that the real estate closing parties were not local residents. She e-mailed the documents at her closing time prior to the night before closing and demanded notarized copies of the documents the following morning (she had had these documents for ten days). Because the documents she e-mailed were incorrectly formatted, they had to be resent. The instructions sent with the documents did not match the accompanying documents (thirty minutes of my time trying to figure that out). Because of her late sending, I then had to take time off from work to over night the original documents. It was a most disappointing experience.
