Brian’s honesty and intregity really have to be questioned. This man tried defending convicted double murderer Anthony Biladou. Brian tried to justify his clients complete lying to police. His client even disposed of the murder weapon and Brian tried to justify it in court. Thankfuly justify prevails and his clients were found guilty on all counts.

I used Brian Beresh as my defence lawyer on the most serious charge that anyone can face. The case took about 2 years and I was found totally not guilty. I really appreciated Brian’s work and how hard he fought for me and how he treated me and my family during the case. I highly recommend him to anyone who is facing serious or other charges. His fees were reasonable and I really appreciated how he treated me and my family during a very difficult time.

I was in need of a good defense lawyer because I was charged with a 16 million dollar fraud. I had the need for a top notch criminal lawyer and a referral to Brian Beresh was the best thing that ever happened to me. From the moment we met Mr. Beresh, his articling student, and staff were all there assisting me in any way they could. No surprises, but always firm facts of what was happening and what to expect, no promises to make me feel better, again just the facts. Undoubtedly the most difficult time in my life and it would have been so easy to attack the people that were trying to help. I truly can understand how clients feel when progress is slow and the results not what you are hoping for, but until you accept what you have done and are prepared to pay your debt to society does not matter what someone says or what the outcome is, you will not be happy. Canada probably has the best legal system in the world and we must all be thankful that people like Brian Beresh stepped up to the

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money or risk your future. He's too old to be practicing anymore. He should seriously retire before he harms anymore victims. Very forgetful, and far far far too expensive. You'll get better quality at a lower price almost anywhere else.

My impression of Brian Beresh is that for him it is all about 'TV cameras', 'newspaper quotes', and his expensive cars. I never felt that he cared much about his clients (or even the staff that he ordered around to do his work). Missed appointments, delays, and repeated postponements were common. It was frustrating (and costly) when he would put your case on hold for months and then when he finally did get back to it he would bill you again as he got back up to speed, perhaps starting all over again from the beginning. Client rapport was much as you would expect when you see him on TV. I found him to be rude and condescending. For me, he was a difficult person to work with, and an even more difficult person to like. But, I guess, that's just MY impression.

I really have nothing good to say about this person - as a lawyer or as a man. When I had to deal with him, he was curt, rude, and impatient. He seems to have a superiority complex, evidenced by the way he was condescending and controlling. It always seemed that any amount of time he spent on my case was a great inconvenience to him and something that I should feel very grateful for. He gave my case very little attention, missing deadlines, postponing appearances, and showing up seemingly unprepared. Yet his costs were exorbitant. Even more frustrating was the fact that he quoted me a flat rate for my simple case, which he later denied, charging me far in excess of his quote. Dealing with him was always a struggle, if not impossible. It always seemed to me that he wasn't interested in any case unless it was very high profile, very costly, and something that would to further inflate his ego through press quotes and TV clips. I did not trust him to look after my interest.
