Lydia did an excellent job. Her care, courtesy, and intelligence were exceptional. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, and treated me with the utmost respect. Lydia was my lawyer for a custody issue. She is a very caring, knowledgeable and confident lawyer. She took the time to understand my situation and explain the process to me. She answered all of my questions and completed my matter efficiently. I would highly recommend Lydia to anyone in need of a family law lawyer.

Lydia and Michelle provided excellent service and support for all family court issues. They both were very attentive in providing information, excellent communication and all questions were answered promptly while being compassionate. Lydia and her law clerk Michelle are highly recommended.

Didn't expect a bad lawyer would bring my ex (technically still married cause lawyer is dragging her rear) and I closer together. My ex and I did all the work outside and brought the agreed on order to file. She never filed and now doesn't answer phone from my ex lawyer who is trying to close the issue. Plan to fire her and get my exs lawyer to rep both of us as we already signed settlement. Do not think of using this lawyer. She is all about dragging out something that is already painful enough for her complete financial gain. She does not deliver.

Lydia and staff promise the world and deliver nothing !! Once my case had dead lines she was not interested in completing the work and asked my to move my file to another lawyer but pay 2 months of fees she was unavailable to invoice (on vacation you still get billed). Very disappointed I paid $24000 for her staff to paper shuffle for 6 months. Lydia claims she had a heart condition (untrue). While interviewing for a new layer Lydia Moritz filed a trial notification to Feldstein law further proving my miss representation. Beware this lawyer is about funds not families.
