I submitted an online complaint through the Law Office or Raymond Lampert's website twice, and Mr. Lampert ignored my complaint twice. I live in NC but had a complaint against an employer based in MO, so that was why I contacted his office. Mr. Lampert finally told me after I called him that I needed an attorney in NC, but he didn't reply to my initial email informing me of that when I first submitted my case, and I thought that was rude. Basically, I sent two emails to him which he acknowledged but didn't tell me what I needed to do until after I called him. Mr. Lampert might have or might not have committed a legal violation, but he committed an ethical violation by not responding to my complaint earlier. I am also going to submit a complaint about this office to the MO Bar Association.
