Shelly was amazing to work with. She would prefer to settle things but is not afraid to go to court if necessary. She really knows family law and that’s all she does. If you need a strong advocate on your side use Shelly.

Save yourself a lot of money and see a lawyer who actually has ethics and works collaboratively with the other party. Our simple court process turned into a year-long process and created hostility between the other parent. Shelly is not willing to work with other parties and will deny all offers to go to court and earn more profit for herself. Shelly will pick fights with the other party in front of the judge when she is not getting her way and will use manipulation to try and persuade the judge. She is not focused on the best interest of the child which is really sad. I regret working with her, but I had already spent a lot and stuck it out. I could have gotten the same results for a fraction of the price with a different lawyer. BE CAUTIOUS with this woman as the only one who wins in this situation is her.

Do not recommend, work with an ethical collaborative lawyer as it will be less costly and will keep your character intact. Highly emotional and inflammatory. Her costs are substantial and she often takes years to resolve issues because she is petty. She is not a collaborative lawyer as she likes to report. She is tentacious but often for profit. She is petty and unprofessional, I would not retain her. I have heard her speak very unprofessionally in open court.She lacks ethics. I would not be surprised if she were disbarred.

One of the few family lawyers that will go to court. I am so glad that I found her. She is often not taking new clients so I had to wait to get in to see her but I’m glad I did. She knows her stuff and then some.

Not really concerned about the outcome of my divorce. As for giving legal advice I don't feel I got any. My wife's lawyer ran the show and I got very little consideration. Young and inexperienced. Only interested in charging huge dollars for substandard work. So many mistakes in the court order filled out by her it is ridiculous. Still in child support issues because of this Lawyer absolutly no support. Huge fees for absolutly nothing!

Shelly fought hard for me and my kids. She was awesome in court, very confident and assertive. The girls that work at her office are really nice.
