How is this bad family lawyer now a judge? Jody Wilson Raybold appointed her and she wasn’t a good family lawyer, let alone a judge. She spent years in the golf industry before turning to law.

Jusy took over my case from a great lawyer that Miller Thomson let go. I wanted a settlement and ended up with a hige bill. Judy dis not know what was in my file. She did not represent a defence against any of the accusations of my former spouse. She did mot include me in a heearing. I was absent in the courtroom for a very important part of the prossess. We then proceeded to the next step. She accepted my input made no reply and did not ask me about key inflamatory statements and documents submitted by my former spouse. She admitted in a 2 hour motion that she was not as familiar with the case as the opposing attorney. Yet she had been the representing attorney from the initial motion. She read precedent and made errors in references to the precident that the opposing lawyer corrected. I kneq the decision would not be good for me. I lost child support and had to pay costs. Try to find a lawyer to go against another attorney. Impossible. Do not trust this lawyer.
