In my 42 years on this Earth I have luckily only been in one accident, and happened to use Kashmir as my lawyer after coming across his website online. I took a chance and found him to be a very articulate and knowledgeable individual with a sharp sense of urgency and as a bonus, he had a great sense of humor, making a stressful situation a smooth one. He took care of me like hes known me all my life and so I had no hesitation recommending him to a close friend who had just recently gotten into an accident. Needless to say, my friend has nothing but good things to say about Kash, and after doing a fantastic job of settling my case, I will most definitely be referring him to other in the future. Kash is a great lawyer, he did a good job on my ICBC claim. He communicates really well and explained everything at our initial meeting. My case took long to finish but Kash never forced me to settle, he said he would take it all the way. I was satisfied by how it turned out. Thanks Kash!

I hired Kash after I got into an accident. I was referred by a friend. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and ended up getting me a great result. I was really nervous about the ICBC process but he took control of things and made me feel at ease. I would definitely use him again

Kashmir Gandham was without question the most communicative lawyer I have ever come across; I was always able to reach him via phone and email every time. His professionalism and understanding was beyond what I could have hoped for. Throughout the 4 year period to the resolution of my claim I was constantly impressed with his knowledge and skills and grateful for his help. Kash kept me in the loop with what was happening at all times and thoroughly explained in detail all required steps and procedures. The preparation he put towards my case was extremely thorough and his skill as a negotiator enabled my case to be resolved to my complete satisfaction.
