before franks hearing, federal prosecutor finally turned over last of discovery that they where hiding from defendant, and my attorney, Mark Fine of Albuquerque. The day of hearing. that disclosure was not even looked at by my lawyer as it should have been a red flag of prosecutor misconduct. He should have asked for a continuance and looked at latest evidence that would set me free. He does not have the smarts to look at classic prosecutor scams that would set a defendant free.
