Fails to provide timely feedback. Tells me as her client she will do "xyz" and then does not do so, conveniently forgets to, or does so weeks later. Responds to emails when feels like it. Has prolonged my case for over a year.

As a guardian ad litem she was the worst. She uses clients just for income. She openly admits that her recommendation did not consider her client. She made recommendations to the court without communicating to one of the parties, both times. She changed items in the MSA not in her duty to address, at the request of only one parent. She received info from both parents and lied to both saying the other was not cooperating, and the case was stretched over three hearings in front of the judge. The last hearing, she recommended the other parent to schedule something on the day of the hearing to further delay a resolution. Using his constant contact to increase her bill, forcing the other parent to pay half, just because she was greedy. Her testimony was extremely subjective and she knowingly used her position to favor the parent who created a $30,000 bill over three years. There is no way to stop her from inflating it. No way to change GAL. She never formally prepared the report paid for.
