This man is patient, kind and knowledgeable, and knows more about the legal system in Kelowna (including the ons and outs and the who's who in the legal community). Only ever had the honour and privilege of receiving legal advice from him through Kelowna Duty counsel over the past several years but Eric's wisdom and direction has been invaluable to me, as there were many times throughout my case I did not have any legal counsel. He helps you understand the process, tells you things straight up, doesn't mess around, is patient when you don't understand things, and is willing to explain things in full detail as needed and give direct instructions step-by-step on what needs to be done. Has a great sense of humour and puts you at ease (Which is saying a lot considering he has to deal with hundreds of people a day I'm sure!) Thank you for being legendary Eric!! <3
