She has a lot to learn! My husband and I unfortunately have worked with 3 different lawyers over the last 8 years due to an unusually long family law battle. When I phoned her I was told she "normally doesn't do free consultations but she wanted to meet with us anyway." We made an appt. as we were looking for a 2nd opinion on a matter. She kept us waiting, ensuring us she is never late for appointments. She asked to excuse herself as she was working on a consent order and needed to speak to a lawyer. She was not able to find a statute she claimed she was just looking at the day before. Then she decided not to take our case as it was too extensive since our trial is only 2 months away. We were leaving and she wanted to charge us for 1.5 hours, despite the interruptions, we were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes! didn't want our case and she had lead me to believe the consult was free. She felt it necessary to still charge us! All this during our consult! She is very junior and it shows.
