I did their internet call request form. She called me back and I talked to her about a problem of employment we were having and she said she would call me back the next day. Waited and waited. Waited 3 days. I reached out to her two different days the next week, left two messages that she did not have the decency to respond even if to call and say, "we can't help you out". That has been over a week ago. I guess our case was not good enough and I guess we were not important enough to call back after giving her all our confidential information about our case. So unprofessional not to return a call when you tell someone you will call them and then to totally ignore them. Hope this helps somebody out.
