Anthony represented my sons custody case paid for by me. In a subsequent written public conversation between Anthony and me and without provocation he used the most foul language and made derogatory unsubstantiated claims amounting to what can be referred to as libel. He has shown his true colors and was both nasty and mean spirited.

I think Mr Franco is amazing. He is very responsive to questions, kept us abreast of all aspects of this case, gave us his honest opinion, and handled the situation professionally on points, and was responsive and empathetic to the case. OUTSTANDING JOB. I would highly recommend.

After I was served my papers I knew I was out of my depth in legal jargon and required legal representation and from my very first consultation with Anthony Franco I immediately felt at ease. Anthony acted with true professionalism and integrity throughout a very difficult period of my life, I was particularly drawn to his down to earth character and friendly approach as well as his in depth knowledge of the law. Anthony always responded to any questions I had in a timely and accurate manner and on the day of the court hearing Anthony was the only attorney who had everything prepared and in good order. Mr. Franco is one of the best attorney's bar none. He handled both my divorce and later my modification case and I could not be happier. He is a man of his word and worked tirelessly in his representation of me. Not only he did he save me from getting taken to the cleaners in my divorce, which my previous attorney said would happen, he also helped me get majority custody of my children a year later when I filed for the modification. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a real attorney who actually looks out for their clients interests.

Mr. Franco helped to see my son again after 10 years. My son is 13 now and have a great relationship. His mother pushed for me not to see him. Mr. Franco would not give up and fought for my rights as a father. Mr. Franco is the most professional attorney I've had to use. I've been through many attorneys and lost. Anthony Franco is an outstanding attorney, and you would do well to consider his firm. From my personal experience in working with Anthony, I found him knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and empathetic, which is immensely valuable during times of personal stress caused by marital divorce and settlements. Of most importance, I found that, over the course of six months, Anthony obsessively prepares for his cases and he prepares his clients for trial – meaning when I walked into the courtroom, I was confident that we had our best foot forward and that Anthony had my back. Summation: Divorce sucks, going to trial sucks, and settlements, I believe, are never 100% perfect for either side. Mr Franco helped my son gain and keep custody of his son. His knowledge of family law helped us immensely. Mr Franco always took our calls or returned them asap. If we ever need another family law lawyer we will call Mr. Franco.
