ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! If it was possible to give her zero stars, I would rate her at that because she doesn't even do enough for you to deserve a 1. I fought through a divorce and custody battle for nearly five YEARS and ended up with next to nothing in the end anyway! I would've been better off to fight it without a "lawyer" because she did such a terrible job of presenting the case. Monica will string you along, sucking money out of you and doesn't fight for you! She does NOT want to have to work for the outrageous amount of money she's charging you! She doesn't present the evidence that you provide her to help your case, and most certainly doesn't share it with the judge ! She doesn't have a game plan, and when you talk to her in person she appears to have your back but when push comes to shove, she cowers down to no support and doesn't follow through. She is easily intimidated by the opposing client's lawyer therefore she comes across as helping your ex fight again you! TERRIBLE!!

Though I would admit the Monica is a smart experienced lawyer, many judges have caught on to her toxic behaviour and tactics. She is a high conflict individual and from my experience can be extremely abusive. Many years ago she came to lawyer scene in Peace River with guns ablazing, well that ship has sailed and the people in the Industry see her for who she is....toxic

Had Monica in a recent custody case, and she did a solid job defending me. She was professional, well spoken and we ended up winning our case. Highly recommended!

Monica is very talented and he best in the town. She is a shark in court and in negotiations.

Horrid horrid experience with this lawyer. Basically she has a very busy practice given where she lives. My impressions is that she isn't interested in taking on anything where she needs to work too hard or which is too complex. Her prerogative but I sure wish she would have bailed off my case before she actually did me harm. No communication, no game plan and no planning or case movement over 18 months. Best thing she ever did was to withdraw from my case.
