One of best disability lawyers in Canada. Been to the Supreme Court more than any other lawyer I know. Top shelf litigator. Joined with Wade Poziomka recently. One of best human rights duos in our country.

David Baker by far is one of the most intelligent lawyers I have encountered in my field of work and advocacy. He is in essence a strong advocate and voice for Canadians living with disabilities. I think those who have made bad comments here have not engaged him well nor gotten to know him as a human being. I know previous clients he has represented. David Baker's fees are not as expensive as what is purported in the bad comments. Mr. Baker actually charges less than other lawyers of his claibre. He has set numerous legal precedents in Canadian law. I think Ontario and Canada will be the lesser once he retires. I am honored to have had him representing me on my case.

Beyond incompetence. I felt conned. Dealt with it myself. He was the only one who gained from the situation.

Great lawyer for me. Really passionate and experienced. Great determination and winning record. Helped me without revealing personal information. Had good connections with expert witnesses and other lawyers. Knew the judge personally. We won obviously.

Extremely expensive. Didn’t respond to questions. I was left hanging. Ended up doing most of the work myself. He used another firm’s office.

Red flag #1 - office is in another firm's facilities. You do not want this person in your life. The client's best interests are not paramount.

Stay away. He was unbelievably bad. Worse than simply not listening is that he doesn't want to listen. I don't get the idea that he seems to operate under. Clients are inconvenient. Used several lawyers over the years and he is the only one I wish I had never met. Terrible lawyer. Terrible professional. He screwed my case up. He did what he wanted to do not what I wanted
