Debra was assigned to be our DRO officer and it was a horrible experience that I will never forget. I came to the meeting prepared, although unrepresented, and barely had a chance to state me case before she called me names including "Disneyland Dad" and "Party Dad". I sensed that she had some sort of prior working relationship with my x's lawyer, and I was in a room with 3 women who were ganging up on me, belittling me, calling me names, and pressuring me to accept terms that were unacceptable to me and MY SON. This experience, I went through, did two things: 1) made me sceptical of the judicial family law system and 2) instilled an even further drive in me to fight for our son's rights to have two equal loving parents in his life. Debra price, I hope you're read this, you tried to stunt the growth and development of my son and I won't ever forgive you for that. I was lucky to find an amazing lawyer later who saved my life and fought for my son, me, and all loving Dads out there.

I had a terrible experience with this lady she was obviously on the other side within the first hour and was not impartial at all . I thought mediators were supposed to be neutral . I would recommend to not even consider this lady’s services .

Had Debra for my lawyer in a divorce case .During the first consultation I felt very confident in her ability and that she would do the best job possible. As she had stated to me that " she worked for me" . How ever as things progressed during my case , it be came apparent that this was nothing more than a false statement. She would not return phone calls or e-mails when I had questions for days on end . Emails being sent to the other parties council where poorly written ( I think the receptionist wrote them ) yet I was paying full price for sub standard work . All. Wing said , I was fed up with the poor quality of the job being done considering whether hourly rate was . I ended up firing her , would not recommend

Debra charges $425/hr and boldly states she is worth every penny. She bills before she provides the service. She sends correspondence to counsel without having it approved first. She takes months and months to reply and is very rude if you demand service. She wants to make peace and acts more impartially than representing her client. I do like however that she has 28yrs of service and is well known in the court system but unless you are going to make her a lot of money, she probably will ignore you. I’ve been with her for two years and have faced disappointment after disappointment from her

I have been with Debra for a couple years. I like her a lot. Shes a senior lawyer and dro and mediator. She does whats fair and tells me the truth even when I dont want to hear it. Shes not out to screw over the opposition but rather work with them to make amicable situations. Shes extremely knowledgeable and will out right tell you how a judge would respond to any disagreements. Being a senior lawyer however, comes with a higher rate as well as shes often too busy and takes longer to reply. Ive had to be brash with her a couple times to get things done.

I had one dealing with Debra and I am lucky it is my only one. Does not seem to have much experience with Mediation/Arbitration for high conflicts situations. Was not fair, was easily swayed by appearances, did not consider facts or even take time to look at evidences, did not ask proper questions. Stay away if you can.

I was shocked to read the review posted before mine because my experience with Debra has been the complete opposite! Debra was extremely detail oriented and super helpful in what has been one of the toughest experiences of my life. I can't thank her enough. She is very knowledgable and very down to earth and she gets the job done in a very practical way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and in fact, I have!

This lawyer is nothing you ever want to come near you if you value justice, fairness and integrity. She will take it upon herself to decide what it truth, and very neglectful to even look at an Exhibit. She is so full of herself, she is on a power trip and will screw you over.
