David is one of the finest gentlemen I have encountered in the legal field. We have used his firm for 3 real estate closings, and just completed a 2nd will today. He is kind, compassionate, and listens extremely well. Cannot say enough good things about him.

Hired him to close our home sale. Totally messed up every step of the process. Conditional upon our mortgage was that all debts paid from proceeds of sale. He mailed cheques on a long weekend from a mailbox instead of the post office and every cheque was incorrect amounts and referenced incorrect account numbers despite having provided clear direction well in advance. Took 1 month to sort out the mess with no help from Goodaire Pelgrims. Furthermore staff was rude and partners tried to cover and blame us for the errors. Would not trust them to close a dog house thats how bad they are.

David Goodaire is honest, ethical and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand us and our needs, and even did a home visit when one of our parents was invalid. We have been to David for three versions of Wills (soon four) and three real estate transactions. I can't imagine going elsewhere.

Best Real Estate Lawyer have used. He explains things very well, is very diligent and identified things other lawyers haven't with previous closings. Highly recommend for those who want to make sure their closings are handled well. He is also very reasonable for rates and worth for his quality.

Dealt with him in the late 80's and 90's. Was arrogant then and treated us in a rather rushed way. Very poor communicator. Called him/office recently (2015) and never returned call. There's got to be much better lawyers around. Stay away from him or his office which is now a 'professional corporation'

This lawyer is responsible for a Deal Falling apart 3 times... He doesn't return phone calls or emails. And will deliberately do things to make your life more difficult. Poisonous Person to Work With...Avoid David Goodaire at all costs.
