my first lawyer confessed she dropped the ball on my child custody case ( my ex kept my child away from me and family after 7 years shared coparenting. the lawyer I had then let things get away that should never of been allowed to happen. like letting child services investigate false claims against me with no proof. Anyway after her admittance of dropping the ball I retain Gordon Kelly. His first words were “this case is off the tracks.” “ and it will take his skill and lawyering to fix it back on track. This after not seeing my child for almost a yr now. All he did get family assessments - child assessments done that all came back favourable to me. Gordon’s biill $40,000 still no success. Instead of going to trial right away a cpl years of collaborative approach didn’t work. It came down to child who was now 15 and judge said any decision he makes will be based on child’s wishes. But judge said he knew what was happening. Child was alienated from us I knew then it was over.

Fantastic. Pushed me when I needed it and cleaned up the mess my first lawyer caused. I would recommend to anyone involved in a high conflict family court case.

Seemed far more interested in driving an expedient settlement than meeting my objectives of helping me get more time with my kids. Would not recommend.
