Useless tit. Takes your money and then works with your ex-spouse's lawyer to screw you. Famous words: Sorry, this is going to be abitter pill to swallow but your ex will be getting the maximum of everything, without any negotiating. Avoid at all costs. This guy sucks!

After a uncompleted mediation process due to the lawyer's incompetency, we were left alone with an incomplete draft of a separation agreement that had multiples flaws, grammatical errors and data entered incorrectly. Although we already had a full parenting agreement and a clear understanding of where we wanted to go during mediation for spousal support and asset split, he forced us to add new and unnecessary paragraphs, charged us for every email conversation, no matter whether it just addressed his errors, or was about re-sending documents due to his negligence. He also did not try to find a true mediation solution, but rather had us contact our own lawyers at an earlier stage than necessary, which left the impression that he was trying to prolong the mediation process to make more money. He even suggested life insurance to a cancer survivor, making her cry. Avoid his services at all costs! There are much better and more experienced mediators out there, who are more reasonable.
