In our case, Anna Zubkova executed a power of attorney instrument and signed as a witness herself which is not allowed. Executing a Power of attorney is Law 101. Her Husband Robert Freeman, a taxi driver, signs as a witness too. Upon information and belief, they work together to increase your billable hours. Ms. Zubkova has no problem lying on the stand or bringing bad faith litigation having no merit to the courts so that she can profit from your estate. If she can alienate your elderly family member and make herself a Conservatrix, then she can bestow upon herself all manners of immunity in the probate courts to shroud her illicit actions. In our case, she manipulated my mom out of her home by saying that my wife and I could kick her out at the snap of her fingers.. She then told my mother I stole money from her, and stole her house.. 99% of the people would have run. Do yourself a favor, don't get started with her. I intend to have her law license by the time you read.
