Erin Burkavage is bad news. Avoid her. She is corrupt, dishonest, sells out her clients, tries to "fit in" with the higher ups. Total waste of time & money.

I have to agree with the others, who posted about Erin Burkavage. I consider her a liability, to the welfare of children. My dealings with her, were never short of a nightmare. Her sole concern, is to advance her career. She badmouths parents to their children, causing them psychological trauma, "interprets" laws, to her agenda. I would avoid her completely. There are much better lawyers, out there.

Erin Burkavage is BAD NEWS. AVOID HER!!! Erin Burkavage is NOT an intelligent, well rounded attorney. Her main objective is to impress those who she feels could advance her career, often at the expense of vulnerable children. Erin Burkavage has repeatedly placed her young clients in precarious situations, with no regard for their safety, often violating LAWS, while doing so.

Erin Burkavage was assigned by the court as an 18B attorney, to represent my family in various Family Court Cases.She was not at all beneficial to us. Erin was only interested in impressing those who could possibly further her career. Erin disparaged me on multiple occasions to various people, including my young son, causing him to cry himself to sleep and regress to bedwetting. Erin maintained inappropriate relationships with my sons' teachers, long after he was transferred to another school. Erin also was obsessed with "digging up dirt from my past", petty stuff going back 20 years.I have long been suspicious of the "inappropriate" relationship Erin enjoys with the judge and how far it goes. Erin Burkavage is unethical and DANGEROUS,particularly to the well-being of children. AVOID HER!!!
