BBRUTAL DUMP TRUCK LAWYER. DO NOT PUT ANY FAITH IN THIS LAWYER. My husband was charged with an domestic assault on me when I attacked him, and we provided letters upon letters of proof that he is working, has full custody of my Step son, is paying for a condo he's not allowed atndespite my many efforts to prove I am not the owner of the condo and never lived there other than as his wife. I also visited the crown on multiple occasions to inform them that I never wanted charges pressed and that he never attacked me.Derek Martin never even presented the letters of validation to the crown during the resolution meeting, and lied to make my husband believe there was good news from the crown JUST to get money handed over to him, after which he provided the info that the resolution meeting resulted in the same outcome as what the crown was asking for before obtaining Derek Martin's counsel. Money hungry, pathetic, dump truck lawyer. Use ANY OTHER LAWYER
