Absolutely terrible! Never use this scammer. I’ve done two mortgage closes with them, first one fine..payouts done but never met him...his law clerk seems to be doing all of his deals for him while he’s away. Second one (both not our choice) our closing was over a month ago and nothing has been paid out. Still have yet to meet this man as he’s never there. Never responds to any emails and blames everyone else but themselves. Avoid this firm at all costs. I’m still waiting for my money! ??

We closed our home by Mr Michael. He behaved throughout the entire process arrogantly and seemed to despise us as his customer. Highly not recommend him. Pay a few dollars to have a pleasant experience with other lawyers

He represented the seller of my real estate purchase and did not provide the final adjustments amounts until noon before the closing date. As a result, I was not able to get a bank draft on time due to non-conventional banking and risked moving the closing date and extra lawyers fees.
He also failed to inform my lawyers of the move out date of the tenants in the unit and failed to provide credit for their rent. I had to request a credit after closing.

He is ignorant and lack of communication skills. His assistants forget to submit documents to city and we have penalized interest because of that. Also He promised free will but never get it done and asked fee for it. Overall please skip this lawyer, pay couple hundred $$ more and be in peace for your real estate transactions.

It's difficult to give any positive rating at all, since this lawyer has yet to send us the documentation we've paid him to prepare. I gave a neutral rating on his knowledge, since I have no way of proving whether it is of any value. However, communication was very poor (not returning phone calls or emails AT ALL on many occasions; not letting us know what documentation was necessary to bring to meetings - even when we asked in advance; not giving advance notice of chances in billing). We had to call, email, and visit in person to get anything moving in our case. More than one piece of documentation had to be re-sent to his office, since he denied receiving the original copies. When questioned about delays and unexpected changes, both the clerk and the lawyer laid blame elsewhere - very unprofessional. I heavily regret this choice of lawyer, and would never recommend him for any reason. I have yet to receive closing paperwork, an ETA on receiving it, or a reason for the delay.
