Hired him to provide a contract agreement. Paid him a retainer and was told it would only be about a week to complete. Had emailed him many times with no response. Kept getting the run around. Finally canceled and asked for a refund after two months of this crap. Wouldn't even refund me the amount I paid when he didn't do a thing for my case. Takes money and drops clients like a ball.
