My worst experience with a lawyer has been John toro! I have been lied too and treated poorly by him and his paralegal that always seems not to know anything! After 2 yrs 3 operations one more on the way the guy tells me that he doesn't think he can settle my case! This dude should of been the adjuster in WC! Something in me told me to find another lawyer when John wouldn't answer my questions on emails or calls. It literally took weeks sometimes months to hear back from him just to hear disappointing news. I finally had enough and fired his ass. I am now being represented by good council. I was a professional Truck driver and I now 24% permanent partial disability. I can no longer go back to my job and I will have pain to deal with for the rest of my life. I have received 3 operations on my dominant hand and I one more on the way. John was suppose to look out for me! Don't make the same mistake I did in hiring him. Oh by the way. The office of mark e. Salamone referred John toro to me

IT Seems like he was working for the WC Insurance Company ...does this happen in RI? Are there any Lawyers that this has been an issue with? MY BACK HURTS I CAN'T do anything strenuous, I spend all my time with heating pad and rehab/doctors appts. Not getting better, Judge was of no help, no questions just sad.
