I've known Mr. Bergbusch for 25 years. He's one of the most dishonest people I've ever met. This all started when he cheated on his Bar exams. He's very cruel and he has no conscience. I would never recommend him or his colleagues.

Very quiet and talks big but can't follow through. Other lawyers walk all over him. I retained him and came out with a massive bill for nothing. Im in more trouble than I was in before I went to see hime. He stopped all correspondence after several attempts to get in touch with him. I hope he reads these. All I can say is the truth will set you free, but not when you retain this lawyer. Facts are Facts. He won't present clear facts to opposing council Oh right thats because opposing counsel was clearly lying and we had facts to get him disbarred and Peter wouldn't proceed to have a fellow lawyer respond to these allegations.
