this lawyer is a fire starter , she drags cases down the road which increases her revenue to the detriment of her clients she is very combative and is soppy in regards to paper work and proceedings . if you want to resolve your issue's you should look else where

I was referred to Rachael Pulis by a friend after having retained a previous horrible lawyer. Rachael was very knowledgeable and professional. The guidance, insight and support she offered throughout the process was immeasurable. She was very conscious of the costs and fees. She also managed to get my difficult ex to the table to settle and had everything wrapped up in a reasonable period of time.

Rachael took my divorce case on when she was about 4 months pregnant and she told me that if I wanted to retain her I would need deal with her associate while she was on maternity leave which she initially said was only going to be 6 months MAXIMUM so I dealt with her incompetent colleague in the interim as I was waiting for her return... the courts were pressuring my case to go ahead so right when things really started getting heated in my divorce (and she was supposed to be back by this point) the office kept telling me that she would be back soon and then they told me she was taking a full year rather than the 6 months she had told me. So in a nutshell I got completely screwed in my divorce settlement because her colleague ended up having to work my case and it was settled before she returned from mat leave (only because I couldn’t afford to keep going). In retrospect I think she knew she was going to take a full year off but lied to me to keep money in her firm. Go elsewhere! LIAR!

She is professional and represents her clients well. The above poster seems bitter about what happened, but from what I understand a lawyer can't do something like that unless the court had approved it. I think the above person doesn't know how courts or lawyers work. The lawyer for the "other guy" is not your lawyer. Can't be unprofessional just because she doesn't do what "you" want. You're not her client. Basic. Shouldn't name call people - seems to me she is just bitter and displacing it. Anyway, I found R.P professional and prompt. Everything a good lawyer should be.
