This lawyer is a disgusting, and will be reported for inappropriate behaviour of sexual conduct, find someone else, his efforts is not worth anyones time. Especially if your are a women. Stay far away!

Mr. Cadogan is simply a GENIOUS. He should be running this country. I have come across great minds but none can come close to him. NO one can beat Mr. Granville Cadogan.

Granville is one of the worst lawyers in Toronto better yet Ontario. He never responds to emails, phone calls or any communications. He holds on to your documents until you have to send him a registered letter demanding it. He is a great talker of nonsense and lies. He will make you feel like he is working on your behalf but trust me he's not! He prays on your desperate need of a lawyer and fills your head with empty promises that he can't provide. He never informs clients of what is going with their case as he doesn't care. He has left me and my family wondering f we will be homeless due to his misrepresentation of a mortgage that he has tricked us into signing. Please stay clear from him he is BAD NEWS! I wouldn't recommend him if her was the last lawyer on earth. I would take my own chances and represent myself. Granville has stood me up on a few occasions where I needed important documents and he just didn't show. STAY CLEAR FROM HIM HE MEANS NO ONE ANY GOOD. A WASTE OF TIME!!!!

He is one of the worst lawyers I have ever met. He promises a lot but never follows through with anything. He had my case for several years and didn’t do anything on it. He doesn’t give you a copy of any of your documents because he is a scammer and does fraudulent things. He is suppose to give a copy of documents but he won’t. He doesn’t have his clients best interest at heart he is only about receiving payments and not completing the job. He promised to get us a good mortgage and instead put us in a underwater mortgage which no one will deal with so that he and the other lawyers involved will take away our home. He works with crooked mortgage brokers who take more than the house is worth so they can split the profits and you will never find out cause he doesn’t give you any papers and makes excuses why it’s not ready. When it’s time to meet with him he is never on time or something he doesn’t answer the door. He’s not good enough to walk a dog. Stay away from him find someone else!

Hi, he probably wrote all the good things about himself. He lied to me and told me he is a criminal lawyer and took my case I ended up loosing the case and got jail time and criminal record, who cares if he charges less, he charges less than other people because he knows that he is not going to do anything for you. he never gives his cellphone number to anyone and he is always late for his appointment and court dates, if he even shows up. and kept reminding himself that he doesn't want to bother himself and sometimes he says that out loud. he is the worst thing that happened. the first day I went to talk to him and hire him some guy was standing outside his office he warned me not to hire him and refused to see the sign and let him destroyed my life. please spend more money and get a good lawyer because even plead guilty it would be much better than hiring him. good luck on your case!!!

I do not agree with the bad comments I see here for this lawyer, I normally do not go online and submit ratings, but I do think he is being unjustly rated. First he is very knowledgeable and extremely cheap. I think maybe if he were to charge more that you may see his ratings going up. He tends to spend a lot of time explaining and giving various options that he thinks may be beneficial to the client. I have used him on several occasions and have referred others to him and to date I have no complaints. Yes sometimes he is a bit hard to reach, but exactly which lawyer is easy to reach?

Mr.Cadogan has been the Barrister representing our Company he has proven to be very efficient we are a Mortage company and we have also referred other clients to him for family and Immigration matters they were very happy with his work and work ethics.

My family and I have had a very good experience with this lawyer he was always available and very knowledgeable I liked that he was available after hours and especially on weekends.Mr Granville N Cadogan was kind enough to give us his cell phone number so we could reach him at any time we only used it once but we were very grateful.Personally I think he is an EXCELLENT lawyer. After my experience with this lawyer I did recommend another person who was very impressed with this lawyer especially his knowledge of the law. Needless to say I totally disagree with the negative rating about this lawyer.He deserved more than what he was paid.

This lawyer does not communicate with his clients. You have to follow up with him numerous times to get things done. He talks a good talk but does not follow up with any action.

Worst lawyer I have ever had. Said one thing, did another, waited over a month to get work done on my file, and still didn't get anything done. I ended up having to fire him and get the work done myself last second! Let me tell you how fun that was. Do yourself a favour and find someone else. Anybody else. A mannequin would make a better lawyer. At least you know a mannequin won't do anything for you in advance.
