Out of the five times I was at her office three times she was running a day care in her office. In my opinion a paying client does not want to go to a professional setting for legal matters to also see a day care.

It was absolutely a pleasure working with Ashley Eckert. My divorce went smoothly. She took her time explaining everything in detail. Ashley and her office were always prompt to respond and walk me through when I had questions throughout the divorce process. She also helped me with paperwork that was needed to transfer ownership of my house to me. I would definitely recommend using Ashley as your divorce lawyer. Without a doubt, I will use Ashley again in the future for any legal needs.

I truly wish Ashley was the first attorney I called. If I had, I would have saved thousands of dollars and years of unnecessary turmoil. I took advantage of the free initial consultation and met with Ashley with a long list of questions and concerns about my divorce. She answered all of my questions directly and honestly. She was very reassuring during a difficult time, empathetic yet professional and helped me stay me on task. I was always able to reach Ashley or would get a call back quickly. We worked together well via phone, email and mail. We did not have to go to court but we were ready to if necessary. I felt very confident with how Ashley prepared me and represented me with the opposing attorney during my Property Settlement Agreement and divorce process. I highly recommend Ashley.

I spoke with a few lawyers before I picked Ashley. I chose her because she was honest. Even in our consultation she was pointing me in the direction of saving money and still achieving my goals. With my experience (custody and divorce) I felt the system is out to make as much money as it can from you. Not many seemed to be too concerned with making sure the right thing happens. Ashley was a God-send! She fought hard for my family, won all my cases, and I didn't have to tap into my son's college fund. She was honest with me the whole time, letting me know when I was being too lax with my son's father, redirecting me when my emotions were focused in the wrong direction, etc. I really believe there is peace between my son's father and myself because of Ashley. I highly recommend!

I needed a someone to walk me through the legal process who would take the time to answer my questions, explain my options (along with all the pros and cons of each), and, most importantly- be someone who has integrity and ethics; someone I could trust.
Ashley did all that. She helped me through what has thus far been the most difficult decision I have ever made. Her knowledge of the divorce code and her experience with the county process allowed me to focus on what I needed to, without all the extra worry of "am I handling this the right way?" I knew I could trust her to represent me, and I was not disappointed.
I can (and will) recommend her to anyone in need of legal counsel. I'm sorry for anyone who has to go through a divorce ... but if you're reading this because you are in that situation, I can honestly say that Ashley is the best!
