I would advise to not use Emma in any kind of Legal form. She struggles with professionalism and overall knowledge of her job at hand. I did not have a good experience with her at all! Please be careful if you do so choose to hire her. Also, the last two posts (which come a day apart) seem to be written by the same author. Perhaps someone trying to boost her rating. Emma is that you? Now what does that tell you?!

Emma did not represent me well at all in my recent separation and divorce. She seemed more interested in working with those opposing lawyer than representing me. She was NEVER proactive and I had to push her the whole time to get anything done. The last straw was an outright lie about completing a task. Stay far away

Emma was unable to support me as a father in a divorce/custody with my ex wife. I paid $4000.00 and was no closer to reaching an agreement. If you are a father in custody/divorce litigation, please find another attorney that can better represent the rights of a father. You need a strong voice when you are in court and Emma Thomas does not have that voice.
