Mark DiCarlo accepted money to seek bond for a young man. He totally failed to do this. When he was terminated for failure to perform, he engaged vicious verbal attacks including outright fabrications in an attempt to justify his lack of performance. He just wanted to take the money and not do the work. It was crucial for this young man to get bond. DiCarlo didn't give a flip about his client. Bond was obtained without his assistance. It was not a difficult case. He just refused to do his job. Stay away from this lawyer.
