In the months of March and April 2016, Anthony called our attorney and told her that our daughter's tuition money had been fully paid. He did this in March and then in April. We paid to them half the cost back.Anthony had lied each month. Though he represented that each month's tuition was paid, it was not. So, he received our half and stole it. Nothing was paid. Anthony is a thief. He also tried to use intimidation to prevent us filing the lawsuit in the first place. Stating something along the lines of a counter suit if we filed the family law case. It's a completely ridiculous threat. Wouldn't all of us like to sue our ex and prevent going to court? Our legal system obviously does not work that way. Anthony obviously has no clue what he is doing. He doesn't even have a real office. The address listed is his home, or a real estate office. Most of the phone numbers listed for him are out of order. Just look him up on the California Bar website, he is under investigation. I

I hired Anthony to help with my modification on my home and then after file BK 13 4 years ago. He was able to modified my mortgage but he never completed my BK.. He strang me along for 3 years and never did he filed. I made the mistake of paying him upfront for the service. I trusted him to do the right thing and turns out he is a fraud. I demanded my refund and I have not gotten a cent. He also avoided my phone calls, my emails and he always had an excuse for everything.. I will take additional action for what he has done.. I have the other reviews and it seems that I am not the only one he lied to. Do not do business with Anthony cuz he is full of lies lies and more lies..

Mr. Sales was hired to to handle our bankruptsy and home loan negotiations. He was asked to prolong the process as long as possible although we didn't want to lose our home. On 4-18-15 a real estate agent approached our home and said it was going up for sale. After a frantic phone call to him he re-assured us that this was normal and he would file the papers needed as he had the previous five or so months. Two weeks later a man who claimed to be the new owner of our house asked us when we were leaving. Surprised and scared we called Mr. Sales and left numerous messages, all unanswered. At one point my wife called from her work number (no caller id) so he would answer and he hung up on her. You make the call and decide if this is the lawyer you want on your side.
