Chuck Peruto represented my boyfriend, very recently, for a serious aggravated assault case. Contrary to what other people say on the site, he gave us all the time in the world preparing this case, and even came to the bar where is occurred. He prepped all of the witnesses personally and even though I was not allowed in the courtroom during the trial, he got glowing reviews from all spectators. I can't say enough good things about him.

My fiancé hired Charles Peruto for me on a case in Philadelphia where I was accused of aggravated assault. The girl was claiming that I severely beat her, and my previous lawyer told me that I was going to have to serve two years in prison! There was no way that I can let that happen, and when it all came down to it, Mr. Peruto was absolutely marvelous getting everything thrown out except simple assault, mutual combat. I ended up with a year probation, which I was able to serve up here in Buffalo. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and highly recommend him to anyone. Danette Adelston

I hired Mr. Peruto and he saved my life. He is part of my family now after what he did for me. I was in jail at the time and my wife was helping me. There was some evidence against me but Mr. Peruto made sure I had a case. He blew the jury away. This is the office to go to when you need anything at all! Thanks again Mr. Peruto.
