Tim Turple cannot be trusted he will lie to you and look you in the eye no problem. he wont work for you until he doubles his rate and at the end he adds another fee. so he will quote you then double his price and will demand more moneyafter everything is done.If you want to use this lawyer get it on paper. but if he doesn't think he's getting enough money he becomes the worst lawyer you could ever and will not work for you,he purposely becomes lazy aqnd uninterested in doing his best job.I am so disappointed in Tim Turple and Merchant Law group. A year latter he sends me a bill that's criminal after I paid him his quote

Fathers too often have little rights in child custody cases. My Ex attempted to garnish my wages even though I had the children 75% of the time and fully supported them. I went to two different lawyers who thought I was a Dead-beat Dad and refused to take my case without hearing any details. Tim Turple was my advocate. He carefully considered each decision and discussed with me the possible benefits and ramifications. He listened and gave guidance during an extremely emotional and difficult time. Tim was cautionary on extra expenses such as going to court and consistently kept me abreast if the details of my case. As a Dad, I would highly recommend Tim Turple. It was thanks to him that I won my case!

I recently went through a divorce. Tim was all over the place one moment it was let's get this going you will do very well and are entitled to a large payout and the next day he would say no take the deal it is really good Mr. Turple went back and fourth this way for months. I did more than the majority of the work and wrote my own agreement just for Tim to sign and take credit. I paid Tim very well for very little work. He had a very careless attitude when it came to my future and what was important to me. His fees were way to high for what he actually contributed.

I hired Tim to get my child returned to the province, which he did. But he was pushing me to take unnecessary steps such as buying an airfare on short notice to go across the country and get my child, instead of just waiting for my Ex to return him, which she did within a few days of being served the Court Order. Fast forward to six months later after a few meetings with Tim,we go to pre-trial,(against my wishes) because my ex was willing to sign an agreement that I shall have primary residence, but Tim insisted I go for sole custody (again against my wishes), so we went to pre-trial only to end up with what my ex was willing to sign for in the first place and I ended up with a big ol'Lawyer bill for nothing!

This lawyer is horrible my child was molested by my own husband in 2003. Tim Turple who was my husband and my landlord at that time became my husbands lawyer! I know that is not right. I was devestad at that time and didn't know how or have the means to deal with that specific detail. My husband got away with molesting my child thanks to his lawyer Tim turple. My daughter was checked by a doctor who said something happened sexually to her and she told both her grandmas that my husband was hurting her. Now 13 years later Tim turple is helping my husband have unsupervised visits with his daughter and since he wasn't convicted they think that he will be able to fight it. This lawyer is not a good lawyer at all.
