Do not hire this mediator. He will not let you be heard in your conference. Does not care about you getting any parenting time. Only cares about collecting money. Had the nerve to ask me to find a large lump sum of money under a rock or ask a family member for it. This guy is a joke! TERRIBLE WORST YOU COULD HIRE

Mr. Kleinman was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. As a mediator he made both parties feel heard and brought us to a fair and reasonable agreement. I would highly recommend him.

Really smart guy but would not recommend him for mediation if you're mediating for parenting. Not the type of guy to use for parenting. More of a #s guy. He also likes to direct you to follow what he thinks is right instead of listening to you. Also has no patience for people with language issues so don't use him if your English is poor.

My ex-partner's lawyer over a multiple year divorce was so good that I have confidentially recommended him to three of my friends. I got screwed but at least my friends were treated well. This guy is the difference between knowing the law vs applying the law. creative lawyering is what he does well. was awful being up against his team. but I can appreciate a good lawyer when I see one. He is well worth your time, dollars and your case.

He knows his stuff, is creative in coming up with multiple strategies, prepares you for the worst, and cuts through the BS so there's no monkeying around.
