Mixed emotions. Worked as guardian through my case. 1000 deposit from both party's was required however not enforced. Obviously looked out for the best interest of the child. I (father) won primary custody with supervised visitation for the opposing party. Communicated quite well. Left us with an additional 4000 due at the end. No invoice or statement supplied. Judgement read "half due by each party, joint and several" meaning whomever has the funds must fulfill the debt. To work as an attorney I feel one should look out for what is morally fair. Not hold one party responsible for both parties debt since the opposing party didn't have the funds to pay, we had to foot the bill.
