I was connected with Terry over a criminal assault charge. The other party's lawyer had an affidavit that needed some dates filled in by Terry- standard practice nothing extraordinary about the matter.
Terry provided dates to opposing counsel that were not relevant, almost as if he didn't know what was being asked, and the matter was not resolved. He didn't inform me of my rights and variations which should have taken weeks ended up taking months. Very confusing and stressful. I dont believe he had good rapport with the local crown attorneys office as it took a very long time for him to get a meeting. Communication was poor, I often waited over a week for a one-line response to my emails. I had no experience with lawyers or criminal law and I don't feel that he was understanding of that and was not forthcoming with information. Because of all this I did not have confidence that he would be effective arguing my case in a court of law.

I owe this lawyer my life for helping beat my dui charge it felt like an impossible case to win but Mr.Hawtin knew what he was doing and the case was dismissed THANK YOU AGAIN MR.HAWTIN I OWE MY LIFE GOD BLESS YOU!!!
