As a real estate lawyer he is ok but very expensive. We hired him for another matter and he was very vague. Never returned phone calls or emails. Sent documents in the mail instead so he can charge more. Instead of hiring an intern to do the research at a lower cost he said he did the research for 8 hours and charged us over $200 an hour. Best thing to do when your looking for a lawyer call the lawyer referral society of Manitoba so your not stuck with a lawyer that says he knows what he's doing when in fact he has no idea.
