Rating was removed where for every 2 straight negative posts come 2 well written posts on the next day or two and it was done again. I have a screen saver of the comment and will send to The Globe and Mail if not put back up. If not all this site is about fake promotion and bad facts about the posts left up as the truth are removed. Obstruction of truth...SHAME ON YOU :(

I have worked with Jane Burbage on a variety of legal matters. In every case, she "unpacked" the legal jargon and made everything clear to me. She fought tenaciously for me and resolved my issues without the need for mediation or a trial.She is a person of integrity. I will work with her again, without hesitation.

I do not recommend. Over charges clients, doesn't care to understand your case. Constantly reviews files with not movement forward.

I was introduced to Jane a few months ago, I had a previous case with another lawyer that had been dragging on for several years. After meeting Jane just a few times I had full confidence in her and her staff and transferred my file over to her. Her vast knowledge of the law and experience has allowed her to completely turn around my file in just a short few months. She has been extremely helpful in helping me better understand my file, and the law around it. The level of communication from Jane has been truly exceptional in my opinion. From my personal experience I would confidently recommend Jane and trust that all her clients are in very good hands.

I went to Jane after my car accident, she made a great deal of promises. After 16 months of a whole lot of nothing. She told me to take what the insurance company offered and let it be over, or it may go on longer and I had no case. However, in the months previous she would tell me over and over, I had a good case and she would take it to trial if need be. She now was not going to do that. I took my case to another lawyer and they told me it was a good thing I did not settle, and my file was full of mistakes and flaws. So happy I did not listen to her and went somewhere competent, where they weren't looking to close my file and make money.

As Jane heard my case with my former employer; she empathized with the mistreatment I had received. With my big folder of my personal hell in my hands, she put herself in my shoes, dug in and worked progressively steadily on my case. Her encouragement and confidence in me is what kept me going. Every interaction with the other party’s lawyer was met with strength intelligence and incredible tenacity; she told my story exposing my former employer and prevailed. Did not follow through with her plans of action. It as all about billable hours for her and she was not looking out for our best interest.
