I used Denis to negotiate a separation Agreement. I understand these things can take time. He drug his heels constantly. I ended up pay $25,000.00 for us to go to court once and have it adjourned and one four way meeting. I agreed to pay monthly on my credit card. They have since lost all my credit card info and they claim they never had it. I feel like my confidential information has been compromised. I did not get one court order from Denis and found him completely unreasonable.

Met with Denis for a family matter. He was able to help me out. I understand these types of cases take a long time but he made it so we were able to negotiate and come to some resolutions outside of court which saved me money. I have also used him for a criminal matter and he got everything resolved with an outcome I was happy with. His assistants are also very friendly and knowledgeable

Will take your money. Give your ex time. You rarely get to meet with him. Seems all he cares is about money. Didn't even ask what was my story. For court dates, him and his paralegal will pressure you not to attend those court dates, uses the excuse of saving you money when you could be in court getting your share of the matrimonial property your ex is sitting in. Then he starts wasting time saying you seem upset, seems he is scared he won't get more money, which he can't soon anyway because he quit on your case when it comes time to fight in court for you. He does not have your back. His assistant is nervous, makes mistakes, lied that I did not have to show up for court in all caps lettering. An office of two older male lawyers and lots of young female paralegals. When you ask for referrals for other professionals, it is only men. Sexism? His last words after scurrying out of a back office, first his paralegal, then him, "Did you pay me?" when one goes to pick up file after Christmas!

Great lawyer. Very knowledgeable and his family assistant is also very knowledgeable and compassionate. I used him for my custody case and he got everything dealt with fairly quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I would highly recommend him

This man is a low life lier. He will take your money and do nothing but give your ex nothing but time, he will push your case to the end of the day while he tries to charge you for it. Took my money, had to ask more than once where I was at with a bill then got a suprise bill, could not explain toe how hecspentvhis time more offer a break down of what he did.

I had a issue pop up and had less than 48 hours to be able to deal with it and Mr. Huot consulted me, and took my case and had it resolved in less than 24 hours all at a very reasonable rate! He and his staff were very helpful and understanding and I am very grateful to them all and highly recommend him.
