It took us over 2 months to find a lawyer to help with our situation that caused us great distress unexpectedly. Tracy was recommended to us by a senior lawyer at Boyne-Clarke and she hit the ground running when she took on our matter. Tracy was very direct but compassionate in her communication with us and offered solutions to consider. She listened to our concerns and she was very professional and tenacious in dealing with the opposite party. She offered us hope for a positive outcome and helped ease our tensions. Her written communication with us, the other parties as well as the defending lawyer were very professional and direct. Her thoroughness of preparation, her compassionate approach and clear communication helped ease our concerns and fears that our situation was futile.
