I was at my wits end dealing with challenging relatives regarding the care of my loved one for whom I had a Power of Attorney. I was referred to Jacqueline by a friend and am so thankful for that referral. Jacqueline and I discussed a Private Committee and am so glad she helped me to achieve this result (which we won). The relatives' lawyer kept sending Jacqueline affidavits full of innuendo and false allegations close to court deadlines. Jacqueline would work on weekends to get her replies done in time. I know this because I would get emails from her on Sundays!! She is so hard working. I also liked her style in court. She was factual and intuitive without being theatrical. I have a feeling the judge appreciated her demeanor, as well. Don't believe the one negative comment that was posted below here. It must be a mistake. You will not find a more competent, empathetic and forthright lawyer. Hire her - you will be happy you did!!!

Jacqueline was my Attorney during a recent, difficult, family issue regarding Committee Ship for my husband who has Dementia. I found her to be extremely thorough and knowlegeable while gathering facts. During a death threatening illness arising, regarding my husband, and dealing with difficult siblings in other locales, she worked extremely hard and tenaciously toward an end. We were extremely proud of her at her profound preparedness before and in the Court and to that end, we WON!

Jacqueline represented me with integrity and total professionalism for my separation agreement. My soon to be ex-husband harassed her throughout the process and continues to do so. I believe he has misdirected his anger toward me at her instead. His comments about Jacqueline are unjustified. He caused the process to be long and drawn out by constantly changing the wording of our agreement and then he blamed her for not getting it done in a timely manner! I would not hesitate to recommend Jacqueline to anyone and hope you will ignore his baseless accusations of Jacqueline's abilities. Sincerely, Helen Kenward

This lawyer notorized a financial statement knowingly that did not include a deposit she had received. She made false statements such as she could not talk to the opposing party. She undertook a poor investigation on pensions and that resulted in a false allegation. The above resulted in an untoward delay in removing a straight forward issue. She also hung up the phone without explanation; the latter is contrary to legal society practices. Look at her work environment just to see where the billing is going too. Run away from this practice.
