This lawyer was recommended due to work done by Furlong Ford. Furlong is *gone*, and this guy is banking off of whatever his former partner brought to the table. If you don't want to make phone calls or send e-mails to your lawyer and never get any information in return (but still be billed for him "listening to" your voicemail or "reading" your e-mail) then go somewhere else and save your money and time. Absolutely frustrating to be paying someone good money and not having any sort of communication for weeks at a time.
