There are not enough words to say thank you to Faraz, What he has done for my son, grand children and ourselves is hopefully life changing , from our very 1st conversation he guided us all through the whole situation never shied away from the seriousness off the situation , He kept our spirts up through the process , He advised us how to cross the Ts dot the Is left no stone unturned to make the case go to IAD on the day off the hearing , And what made the whole process even more special and make this man even more Dedicated to his clients he took on the case without getting approval from Legal Aid, and in the end they turned it down ,So he seen it trough to the very end for FREE off charge , We will be forever great full to Him and will be forever in our thoughts and prayers. Mr. Bawa is actually the second lawyer I hired to handle my contentious divorce. I had interviewed a handful of other candidates and after the initial meeting, I *knew* that Faraz was 'the one'. From the moment I hired him, I was not disappointed. Upon paying my retainer fee, he had sent me a wonderful welcome email (at 11pm at night) giving me all the details that I would require moving forward including a direct line for himself and his assistant. We discussed ways to minimize costs and various paths (and associated costs) for how to deal with my divorce. We encountered a lot of resistance from my ex and had to recalibrate our path many times. Luckily, he his incredibly competent and has a depth of knowledge in his field. He was in constant communication with me via email/text/phone on evenings and weekends when necessary. I would, and already have, strongly recommended him to friends. If I happen to need a divorce lawyer again, I plan on hiring Faraz Bawa from the beginning.

A bad experience; Faraz is far too junior. I was drawn in owing to these "reviews". But Faraz could not make himself understood to the Judge - Faraz has a harsh and unintelligble grasp of the English language - and court went badly. Faraz may be useful to his community in respect of immigration but he is a kid, with not enough years at the bar.

Faraz Bawa is a very very bad family lawyer. He will never advise you of your rights and will always try to counsel you to agree to what the opposing party says. He made multiple mistakes in my court filed documents which later needed to be amended and I myself had to write up an affidavit for myself which he just proof read and submitted. He will make you feel like he is affordable and works in your best interest in the first meet up but thats about it. He also never answers calls, emails or texts during a crisis or emergent situation. I wasted a couple of grant on him and got nothing out of the divorce. Do yourself a favor and hire an experienced lawyer, NOT FARAZ BAWA

I met faraz while the city had a meet a lawyer event and get questions asked. He was very comfortable to talk with and very easy going. It took me a couple months to official hire him and even more to get everything together for the case but he was very reassuring the entire time. We obtained Faraz Bawa due to our current lawyer going on maternity leave. However, I can tell you he did not treat us like he was covering for someone. In every aspect of my husband's and my situation he was invested in getting the best result. He has helped us with several things and it has all gone well. Specifically I remember the horrifying day of my husband not being allowed on the airplane coming into Canada due to a rule change not communicated well. My husband was to be the Best Man at my brother's wedding just over a week after his scheduled flight. Faraz was able to help us obtain an emergency visa. By some miracle we obtained it on time. Faraz even called to make sure that my husband arrived safely and did not have issues with the CBSA. He made the call outside of work hours on a Saturday. Now that is class!
