Mr. Harper has been in practice for over a decade, with several years experience as a senior Deputy District Attorney. He is a defense attorney, and his commitment to his clients is amazing. He recently plea bargained a "51 years to life" case to less than three years in custody. He has gotten a "wet reckless" deal on two DUI cases in which one client blew over 0.12 and the other blew over 0.16. He works hard, and his fees are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Alexander F. Harper to anyone facing DUI or serious criminal charges, no matter how serious the offense. His work is amazing.
