Shockingly, under highly stressful circumstances, and after 20 years with my employer, I was facing a constructive dismissal situation. In 2015, Paul Willets had steadied me with sound legal advice through a different employment threat which dissipated. In January 2020, I went straight to Paul for his professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and calm advice. He successfully guided me through my negotiations with my employer and with complete respect for my concerns and wishes. We had a very good outcome. Absolutely amazing lawyer. As a law graduate I know what makes a good lawyer and he embodies everything good about the profession. High quality work, always willing to talk and give information, professional and personable. I was very stressed about my matter and he was always able to calm me down. Would recommend 10/10!!
