Pat Kirwin thought "Long and Hard" about taking a case against me after I retained him for over 5 years. His actions display "Conflict of Interest" beyond any reasonable doubt and Pat the millionaire lawyer decided ethics and morals don't apply to him. He should not be in practice and must know he's going to face consequences. After retaining him for 5 years then expressing my displeasure after it took so long to finish my case on my behalf, he was retained by a corporation that I was suing. After pressing his law firm that he was in "Conflict of Interest", he investigated himself and found he did nothing wrong. Having mutual friends together, researching out of the same building his wife works in, knowing all of my personal information, income, distaste for litigation was all in Pat Kirwin's file on me when he accepted a large corporation that I was suing. Pat thought long and hard about destroying my business and dragging out the case until my legal budgets were used up.

Mark kirwin, Patrick Kirwin, Jeaneane Kirwin are a disaster at Kirwin Law. They just take your money and produce nothing. The worst that I have ever seen, they should not be allowed to have a law licence. All of the negative reports about them are absolutely correct, just ambulance chasers with no skill or ability. As one client has said, bill collectors, yes trying to collect from their clients when the clients fail to pay because of the Kirwin's inability and incompetence.

Given that your lawyer is ultimately a representation of you - if you are a respectful and kind person interested in solving a problem then you can have absolute confidence that you will be well represented by Patrick. He cares about his client and does not give you any sense of false hope. And his manner in court is respectful but firm.

Patrick raises the bar for ethical standards in legal practice. He is accurate in his presentation, courteous and knowledgable. He is well researched and an exceptional communicator.

I am giving Patty Kirwin a good review, he never quits and fights hard for his clients, but sometimes he blurs the lines between vengeance and working for their best interests. Right now, Mr. Kirwin is bogged down playing a game with an unrepresented litigant and he is losing badly. At every turn, Mr. Kirwin is forced to chase another piece of the puzzle and keeps grinding away with no end in sight. Exciting to see who is gonna blink 1st!

Mr. Patrick Kirwin returns this week from a 3 week sabbatical in Ireland. He has been told to reduce his stressful caseload by his partners and to also remove himself from cases where he is emotionally compromised and in trouble with the Law Society. This is good news, when Mr. Kirwin is rested and healthy, he is the best lawyer in Edmonton and is a highly recommended litigation lawyer! Special thanks to Brian for getting him back to doing what he does best!

My 1st thought was to leave a negative review for Patrick Kirwin a lawyer from Edmonton Alberta. Like the other ratings he makes things complicated acting like he is a guru of justice. In the legal action of Donald Wolfe v Shawcor Ltd. et al Patrick Kirwin took his clients on a ride only to lose on Appeal Docket 0803 11571. Justice Hillier ruled the legal work of Patrick Kirwin was an "abuse lacking merit" and punted the whole matter with huge costs to the other party. At the hearing Patrick Kirwin kept trying to beg the judge for a win and was shot down many times, the law is the law and no whining allowed from losing lawyers. The losing clients of Patrick Kirwin also had to pay him a ton of legal fees for his failed guru thinking and this seems to be a pattern with this lawyer. Lawyers should be forced to be honest with their clients up front and if they lose a big case like this the lawyer should be paid nothing and have to pay the other peoples legal fees also!!!

Kirwin Law does injury law and not much else, if you are in a car accident, or slip on some ice, these are the guys to call, just like other law firms, they want the easy files. They only have 3 lawyers doing the work so some days they fall behind, it can be expected. Do not complain if you give them complex money files and you are disappointed, be careful when choosing a lawyer, always check references like this website, it will save other problems for you and in law, no guarantees, no matter what the lawyer promises you, it is a gamble, just roll the dice.

Pat Kirwin is a gentle giant, he never goes to Court and that saves his clients big money. Pat is a mediator and a very good one, he knows how to frame the deal so all sides can come together in peace. Pat is involved in a big legal battle for my family and he is doing his best to negotiate a settlement instead of going to Court, this saves us money and that is a sign of a great lawyer.

We also were told that Patrick Kirwin could do magic and it is just getting expensive now. He promised everyone that he would sign up a bunch of other folks to help share the legal costs but nobody signed with him. He has been asked to disclose his conflicts of interest but he refuses to do so. The Law Society of Alberta is investigating his conduct and they opened a file, the file # is C020152589. If you are unsure about what to do, contact the Law Society and quote the file number, they want to help the rest of us.

A few years ago, I hired Patrick Kirwin from Kirwin Law to help recover a debt for me. I now call him the "Court Whisperer". He always had ideas and cute court room tactics, but at the end of it, all I have now is liens, a Court Order, writ of enforcement and a garnishment but NO MONEY for me! The cost of Mr. Kirwin's services have cost me over $75,000 so he has done very well for himself. I never recovered a penny from my lawsuits and I feel like a victim again!

The Kirwin law firm was very helpful. It is a small firm so you get good service and is run by Pat Kirwin and his wife. My friend used her a few times and he was very satisfied. They also charge less money then the big law firms downtown so you will be happy with their service.
