I think Charlene is busy, but she works hard to respond to all questions, I think she is level headed, and doesn't take unnecessary risks but cautiously knows how to handle things for success. I like her personality. She is warm and friendly, but right to the point when she needs to be.

She never seemed to care about my case; I guess I should know by know that most lawyers are in the business for their inflated bill only. I was on time and clear and honest - meaning I made her job as easy as possible, and I felt no energy or commitment from her. But she's prompt and certain about her client's need to pay.

I agree with other comment. In my opinion no moral compass and no attention to detail. From little things like getting the children's names wrong in court to serving documents late. Seems like she does the minimum required and maybe not even that with spelling mistakes in filed documents. My concerns with her are many and this is just a few but the sentiment is true. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Hired for divorce and mcfd matter. Waste of money for divorce. Useless and gutless against mcfd because she has no moral sense towards her clients. She took a case defending mcfd with the same social worker that I was fighting at the same time.
