Mr. Kounoupis claims that he is "honest" and an "expert" in both American and Greek law. His ads convinced me to hire him to handle a real estate issue in Greece. He asked and received a large retainer and a very high hourly rate.for this specific job. Soon afterward he sent me a letter telling me that before he could start working on the job I hired him for, he had to straighten out some other legal issues that were completely unrelated to the job I hired him for.
